Central Asian Climate Journalism and Communication Conference

Over the past years, n-ost has been fostering climate journalism through various media projects, including in Central Asia in partnership with MediaNet within the Communicating Climate in Central Asia project. The one-day conference (on 21 April) will be a space to share tools and formats you have used in your climate publications — how you collected data, how you cooperated across borders, or how you embedded a local story in a global context.

This program is preliminary and may be subject to updates. The final agenda, including speakers and session details, will be confirmed closer to the event date. Conference working languages are English and Russian without interpretation. Workshops marked (RU) are in Russian, workshops marked (ENG) are in English. The conference will consist of workshops (presentations and discussions), and participants will have the opportunity to choose one of three parallel workshops each hour.
