Journalist, journalism professor, editor and project manager, Proudly independent
Based in: Barcelona, Spain
I am a Sardinian feminist journalist (https://elenaledda.org) covering mainly human rights violations from an intersectional perspective, a constructive approach and through narrative and slow journalism. Whenever possible, I prefer to collaborate rather than work alone, and avoid competing with others. I also teach Ethics and Social issues, or as I call it 'engagement journalism', at the same master-degree in journalism that 20 years ago brought me to Barcelona, a city I am still in love with, and where I decided to raise my almost nine years old child. I am a very curious and neurodivergent person, so I tend to try new things and experiences as much as possible, and have a different passion every once in a while. My last one is singing in a queer choir, which I have been doing for the last two years, and hope to keep doing for many more.
