Lara is a project manager at n-ost since 2020. Currently she manages the "Spheres of Influence Uncovered" project and the n-ost Media Hub. She likes to use Design Thinking methods to support team collaboration and is part of the fundraising team. Lara also works as a freelancer for the journal Zeitschrift Osteuropa. She divides her time between Berlin and her second home, Tbilisi.
