Suren Deheryan

With nearly 24 years in online journalism and media management, Suren Deheryan has gained extensive experience across various media formats and covered a broad spectrum of issues, including economic, social, environmental, and political topics. He also has extensive experience in teaching journalism and media communication. Since 2007, Suren has focused on digital media management and innovative content delivery methods. As president of the Journalists for Future NGO (JFF), he has organized numerous events on journalism and data literacy for diverse audiences. In 2016, under the JFF umbrella, he founded Ampop.am, the region's first data reporting platform. Ampop.am became a pioneering platform for explanatory journalism and data visualization in Armenia, receiving 17 media awards over its 8 years of operation.
