Sanja Mlađenović Stević is a journalist and environmental communicator with over 25 years of experience in print, broadcast, and digital media. Throughout her career, she has focused on reporting stories related to environmental issues, climate change, and the quality of life in local communities across the Western Balkans. She is a long-standing member of the non-governmental organization Eco Forum Zenica, one of four Aarhus Centers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Within the organization, she works on projects dedicated to protecting rivers, forests, and biodiversity, promoting environmental justice, and improving environmental legal frameworks in the Western Balkans. Her work contributes to securing public access to environmental information, strengthening participatory decision-making, and advocating for equal access to justice in environmental matters.
