Alice Facchini

Alice Facchini is an Italian freelance journalist specialised in environment, inequalities and gender issues. She has reported from different countries around the world including Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Jordan, and Guinea Bissau, investigating the destruction of natural ecosystems and how standards of living conditions in developing countries has changed. Her work has appeared in The Guardian, Internazionale, Millennium, IrpiMedia and others. In 2022 she won the Europea Press Prize – Innovation Awards for the collaborative journalism international investigation "Cities for rent". Her website is www.alicefacchini.it
