Piotr Malecki

Documentary filmmaker, press photographer. Finished documentary directing at the Wajda Film School in Warsaw, studied cinematography at the Radio and Television Department of the University of Silesia, and photography at Bournemouth and Poole College of Art in Great Britain. Recipient of Pictures of the Year 2011 award, nominated to Silver Eye award / Jihlava and Jan Machulski award. Works for international media, his films were presented at international film festivals, such as DOK Leipzig and Krakow Film Festival.
