Nuriddin Samatov

Nuriddin Samatov is an independent researcher from Uzbekistan working on environmental issues in Central Asia. His work and interests include water scarcity, climate risks and biodiversity conservation, focusing particularly on marginalized areas and communities within the region. Having conducted numerous field visits to conduct research or field work in regional initiatives, Nuriddin has been helpful in pulling together data, shaping policy conversations and local assessments of environmental change.
