Marit Blossey

I'm Marit, a journalist, editor and photographer based in Berlin, Germany. My research and writing focus on culture (music, film/TV, art, literature) and the intersections of culture and politics. I hold an M.A. in North American Studies and a B.A. in Anglophone Studies and German History. I'm a staff writer at Berlin's largest culture magazine and am available for freelance writing and photography opportunities. My professional background includes experience in cultural management at the Villa Aurora & Thomas Mann House in Los Angeles, as well as non-profit work at an organization dedicated to mental health and suicide prevention for teens and young adults.
