Ole Witt realizes documentary long-term projects and works as a freelance photographer in Hanover and Berlin. Since 2014 he studies photojournalism and documentary photography at the University Hannover. He continued his studies in 2017 at the National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad, India. His works have been published among others in Stern, Spiegel Online, FAZ or Cicero and have been exhibited at several international festivals. Ole Witt was one of the finalists of the Lensculture Exposure Awards 2017, he won the Kolga Newcomer Award in 2018 and the BBF Förderpreis 2019. Since February 2019 he does an internship in the photo editorial office of n-ost.
